| Lauren's Civil
Litigation practice specializes in Construction Defect,
Contract Disputes, Real Estate Litigation, Contractor and
Design Professional Licensing and Liability, Mechanic's
Liens, and Civil Appeals.
Lauren earned her B.A. (with
honors) in Behavioral Science and the Law from the
University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1988, and received
her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1991.
Lauren does both plaintiff and
defense work, and has successfully sued and represented
homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers, buyers,
sellers and real estate professionals.
Lauren is an active member of
the California Bar Association and the San Francisco
and San Mateo Bar Associations.

| Bryan's Civil Litigation practice specializes in Construction Defect, Real Estate Litigation, Homeowners' Association Disputes, Wage/Hour Claims, Insurance Coverage, and Insurance Bad Faith Disputes.
In
addition to defending and prosecuting claims, Bryan
acts as personal counsel in defense matters handling all communication with client's insurance
carrier including tender of defense, responding to a reservation-of-rights
letter, asserting the right-to-independent
counsel when appropriate, and protecting the client by way of defending declaratory relief actions and benefits of the client's
insurance policy.
Bryan earned his B.A. in Political
Science from UCLA in 1971, and received his J.D. from
Golden Gate University Law School in 1987.
Bryan is an active member of the American
Bar Association (ABA), Tort and Insurance Practice
Section (TIPS). |
